How can I return a product?
If what you want is to make a return, you will have to send it directly to our physical address as soon as possible (shipping costs to assume by the client). You have a maximum of fourteen calendar days from the acquisition of the product in question. From that space of time, the customer has accepted the purchase.
The products to be returned have to be in perfect condition, without using and in their original packaging.
