In GrowIndustry, we work to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Below, we explain the shipping times, costs and conditions.
1. Delivery Times
Orders are prepared within a period of 24 to 48 hoursafter confirmation of payment.

National shipments (mainland Spain): The estimated delivery time is48 to 96 hours, depending on the destination and excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: The estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days.
📌 Deadlines may be affected by holidays, product availability or transportation incidents.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.
- You can see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.
- We do not offer free shipping depending on the amount of the order.
- Only some products include free shipping, but This will be clearly specified on the product sheet and will be reflected at the time of payment.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to know the status of the delivery in real time.
4. Delivery Conditions
- It is important to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the transport company will try to make a new delivery or tell you how to pick up your order.
- In case of incidents with delivery, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Products with Special Shipping
Some products, due to their size or characteristics, may require longer delivery times or special shipping conditions. In these cases, we will inform you before processing the order.
