2. Purpose of the Site and Services

The Site is intended for the sale of products for crops and related accessories. GrowIndustry offers information about products, prices, sales conditions, shipping, and returns.

3. Site Terms of Use

The user agrees to:

✔ Use the Site in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms.
✔ Not carry out fraudulent activities or activities that affect the proper functioning of the Site.
✔ Not manipulate or alter product prices or information.
✔ Not use the Site for illicit or fraudulent purposes, or for purposes that may affect third-party rights.

📌 GrowIndustry reserves the right to suspend user accounts that fail to comply with these conditions.

4. User Registration and Account

To make purchases on GrowIndustry, registration is optional. However, registration allows order management and additional benefits.

By registering, the user agrees to:

✔ Provide truthful, up-to-date, and complete information.
✔ Keep their password confidential.
✔ Not share their account with third parties.

📌 GrowIndustry is not responsible for unauthorized access to accounts resulting from improper use of passwords.

5. Purchase Conditions

5.1. Purchase Process

1️⃣ The user selects the products and adds them to the cart.
2️⃣ They must review the order and complete the payment and shipping information.
3️⃣ By confirming the purchase, the user accepts these Terms.
4️⃣ An order confirmation will be sent by email.

📌 GrowIndustry reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues.

5.2. Prices and Payment Methods

✔ Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable.
✔ GrowIndustry may modify prices without prior notice, but the changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
✔ Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal 
  • Alma 
  • Cash on delivery
  • Other options that may be added in the future

📌 Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

5.3. Product Availability

✔ All products are subject to availability.
✔ In the event of stock shortage, GrowIndustry will notify the user and offer alternatives or a refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

📦 Delivery times:

  • Mainland Spain: 24-72 business hours.
  • Other destinations: Check delivery times before purchase.

📌 The user must provide a correct delivery address. If there is an error in the address, the user will bear the additional costs of reshipping.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

📌 Return period: 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order.

7.1. Cases in which returns are accepted

✔ Defective or incorrect product: GrowIndustry will bear the return and reshipping costs.
✔ Change of mind or purchase error: The user must bear the return shipping costs.

📌 Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for customized, perishable products, or products with opened packaging that cannot be resold.

8. Warranties

✔ All products come with a 3-year warranty offered by the manufacturer, in accordance with the law.
✔ GrowIndustry guarantees that the products will function correctly during the first 15 days. After this period, any issues will be handled directly with the supplier or manufacturer.

9. Data Protection

✔ We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
✔ The information collected is used to manage orders, improve services, and send commercial communications if the user has authorized it.
✔ The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion of their data by sending an email to info@growindustry.es.

10. Intellectual Property

✔ All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) is the property of GrowIndustry or authorized third parties.
✔ Reproduction, distribution, or use of the content without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

📌 GrowIndustry shall not be liable for:

  • Errors in the site information due to technical or human failures.
  • Improper use of the products by the user.
  • Problems with the courier service (delays, losses, etc.), although we will intervene to resolve incidents.
  • Computer attacks or viruses that may affect the operability of the site.

✔ The changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

13. Legislation and Jurisdiction

✔ These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
✔ Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tarragona (Spain).
