Return policy:
Any return will be subject to the costs derived from shipping, with the requested returns being made within the established period and deducting the costs related to the transport company from the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify GrowTarraco Distribuciones SLU by phone at 603469519 or email info@growindutry.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).
How can I return a product?
If you wish to make a return, you will have to send it directly to our physical address as soon as possible (return shipping costs to be borne by the customer). You have a maximum of fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase of the product in question. After this period of time, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase. We can also organise a collection of the products at the address provided for our transport company. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, we advise you to make sure that the package will be properly protected during transport back to our facilities. Once received, we will check its condition. If the item(s) are in perfect condition (including components, accessories and gifts, if any, as well as documentation) we will refund your money immediately using the same payment method.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
How do you get your refund back?
The refund of the amount of money you have paid for your order will be returned to you using the same method you used to pay at the time. GrowTarraco Distribuciones SLU reserves the right to withhold this refund until any of the following conditions are met:
- That we have received the product.
- That we have received the reason for the withdrawal of the product.
- That we have received proof of the return of the product.
- That the returned product is in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.
Please note that the refund will not be made until the product arrives at our facilities and it is verified that it is original and has not been used or unsealed.
What happens if your order arrives damaged?
If you do not receive the product in perfect condition due to an error on our part or due to transport, please contact us at info@growindustry.es or by calling 603469519 and inform us of what happened. We will need images of the condition of the product and the packaging or box in which it was received, as well as the shipping label. Once we have verified that the product is damaged either due to transport or due to an error on our part, we will proceed to send a new unit at no additional charge or to refund said unit. What guarantees do I have when purchasing from GrowIndustry?
The products have the guarantee offered by the supplier of the same, its manufacturer. While this is active, at GrowIndustry we remain at your disposal to help you solve any problem that may arise. You would only have to contact us through one of the available communication channels. You can also discuss any problem with your product under warranty directly with the supplier.
