Operation procedure

1. Facility: Make sure the monitor is correctly installed in place before connecting the 12 VDC current adapter and plug it into the electricity grid.
2. Temperature unit selection: Change Celsius and Fahrenheit between degrees as necessary, adjusting the switch behind the protective label.

Calibration process

• pH: For pH calibration, use fresh buffer solutions of pH 4.01, 7.01 or 10.01. Dip the electrode in the 7.01 pH solution and adjust using the calibration screwdriver until the screen shows a pH of 7.0. Repeat with the PH 4.01 solution for two -point calibration.
• EC: For EC calibration, submerge the probe in the solution of 1413 μs/cm and adjust until the reading shows "1.41" ms, indicating that the calibration is correct.

Measurements

To perform continuous measurements, remove the protective cover of the pH electrode and ensure that the probes are correctly located in the nutrient tank. You can use a polyhexpan float to keep the probes in position. The device screens will simultaneously show the updated pH, EC and temperature values.
