In aqueous media it should remain between 5.5 and 5.8 during growth and rise between 5.8 and 6.2 in the flowering phase; while in coconut the margin is between 5.5 and 6.5. In soil crops it is more complicated, since you must measure the pH of the substrate and adjust the irrigation water based on that.
