Grow kits bring together everything you need to set up an indoor grow room in a single order: tent, lighting, extraction, carbon filter, timer and accessories. The components are matched to work together, so you avoid the classic mistake of buying separate parts that turn out to be a poor fit.

Complete setups available at Grow Industry

For small spaces, the Natural System Growkit 60 by Garden High Pro fits in any room and covers one or two plants. The Growkit 80H by Garden High Pro is the next step up, with a taller tent and pre-matched equipment. And if you are after more growing area, the Growkit 120L moves up to a 120 cm format with everything included. If you would rather build your setup piece by piece, start with the grow tents and then add lighting and ventilation.

How to choose your complete setup: technical criteria

  • Available space: measure headroom as well as floor area. A 200 cm tent needs clearance above it to hang the light and filter; with low ceilings, go for 140 to 160 cm models.
  • Light output: as a reference, flowering calls for a PPFD of 700 to 900 µmol/m²/s at canopy level. A well-lit 120x120 with LED runs at around 300 to 400 actual watts.
  • Air exchange: the extractor should move the tent's volume about 40 to 60 times per hour. Work out the interior m³ and multiply; add margin if the carbon filter is long or the ducting has bends.
  • Level of automation: basic kits come with a mechanical timer; advanced ones include a climate controller that adjusts ventilation according to temperature and humidity.
  • Substrate and nutrition: decide up front whether you are going with soil, coco or hydroponics, as it determines watering frequency and the nutrient line that goes with the setup.

Assembly tips and common mistakes

The most common mistake is setting up the tent and running the light at full power from day one. Start with the fixture high up and then lower it or adjust the power according to how the plant responds; during growth you need far less intensity than in flowering. Keep the room between 20 and 28 °C, with relative humidity of 60 to 70 % in the first weeks, dropping to 40 to 50 % in flowering to prevent mould.

Another frequent mistake is neglecting negative pressure inside the tent. The walls should pull slightly inwards: that shows the extractor is removing more air than comes in and that odours pass through the filter instead of escaping through the seams. Also check that the watering pH stays between 6.0 and 7.0 in soil and between 5.5 and 6.5 in hydroponics and coco; no kit makes up for an uncontrolled pH. Finally, install the carbon filter from the start, not once there is already a smell.
