Import duties for orders to the United States, Canada and Mexico
Import conditions for your order
Your order ships from Spain with UPS. Before we prepare it, please read and confirm the import conditions below.
What you will be charged on arrival
- Your parcel ships DAP (Delivered At Place). The amount you paid at checkout covers the goods and the transport only.
- The United States removed the $800 de minimis exemption, so every parcel is subject to import duty regardless of its value. Goods of EU origin are currently charged approximately 15% of the goods value.
- UPS adds its own customs clearance fee, usually between 12 and 25 USD.
- UPS will contact you directly to collect these charges before delivering. They cannot be paid in advance through our website.
- If a parcel is refused, or is not cleared or collected within the carrier’s deadline, it is returned to Spain at the customer’s expense, and the order is not refunded.
