Characteristics of Spruzit insecticide acaricide

Spruzit is a natural origin insecticide, which has been on the market for over a century, as it has been used by growers since 1861. Thanks to technological advances, it has improved to continue providing protection against pests. It is designed to be applied by foliar route and can eliminate insects and mites both during the flowering and growth stages. Its natural components, such as pyrethrum extract and rapeseed oil, do not harm the plants, so the final harvest will not be affected. It works by entering through the insects' respiratory system, damaging the sodium channels of the nervous system to cause a quick but painless death. In addition, it also acts as an ovicide by suffocating the eggs left by the invaders.

When to use Spruzit insecticide acaricide?

Spruzit can be used at any stage, both in flowering and growth. However, it is recommended to use it during the hottest months, since pests such as red spider mites proliferate faster. You should keep in mind that it can only be used at night, as otherwise it causes a magnifying glass effect on the plants and damages the leaves.

Dosage of Spruzit insecticide acaricide and instructions for use

To use Spruzit, you first have to shake the product before use, then dilute it in a sprayer with water to apply the product by foliar route both on top and underneath the leaves. The dosage will vary depending on the pest you want to combat. If the pest to attack is red spider mites, aphids, caterpillars, or leafhoppers, you need to use a dose of 10ml per liter of water. We recommend first diluting the product in a little warm water and then topping up with the coldest water possible. If you want to target whiteflies, you need to increase the dose to 15ml. To apply the product, a sprayer or backpack sprayer will come in handy.
