This Bluelab pH meter works digitally.It can be submerged in water, providing reliable and fast results. Its digital LCD screen displays the temperature and pH level. With its three buttons you can turn the device on, set the calibration, and switch from °C to °F for temperature measurement.
It works exclusivelywith one AAA battery, which is included.

How do you prepare the Bluelab pH meter for use?

After the first use, you must follow certain care steps before each use. For example, it is necessary tokeep the probe clean and leave it submerged in the maintenance solution, otherwise it will get damaged. When it isnecessary to calibrate it, you submerge the probe in a PH7.01 sachet and when the value appears on the screen, press the CAL button until the same word appears on the screen. Then repeat the process with the 4.01 sachet.

How to use the Bluelab pH meter to control nutrients?

After turning on the Bluelab pH meterplace it in the water, making sure the probe is well submerged. Just a few seconds later you will get the pH and temperature value on the screen. Once you have the value, you can make the necessary adjustments to have a nutrient solution with a pH between 5.8-6.5 in soil crops and 5.5-6.3 in hydro and coco. After using it, you should clean it well with a meter cleaning solution and store it properly.
If you do not clean it after each measurement, salts and minerals from the water will accumulate in the device, preventing it from working properly.
