The Tumbler Dry Budztrim Peeler It is a professional machine designed for process dried plant material quickly and efficiently, combining in a single team peeling, separating and removing pollen. Thanks to its 3-in-1 design, it allows you to optimize post-harvest work, reducing time and effort, while maintaining the quality of the final product.
This automatic system is designed for growers and processors looking for high performance and consistent results when working with dried flowers.
3 in 1 system: peeling, separating and extraction
The Budztrim Dry Tumbler allows you to make three key processes with a single machine. First, it peels the buds using its rotating drum, gently separating the excess leaves. The sheets can then be reused for extract trichomes and pollen using the included sieve mesh.
The system incorporates two peeling screens and one 151 micron pollen screen (also available in 110 microns upon request), allowing the process to be adapted according to the type of material and the desired result.
Furthermore, his funnel bag facilitates visual control of the process during work.
High processing performance
This peeler offers a very high work capacity, being capable of processing between 0.45 and 0.9 kg of material per cycle of approximately 7 minutes, which is equivalent to up to 5.5 kg per hour.
This makes it an ideal tool for postharvest processing in medium or large sized crops, considerably reducing manual work time.
