• What is Compo Bio Stop insecticide and how does it work?

  It is a biological insecticide whose main ingredient is rapeseed oil, approved for organic farming. It works by coating insects such as aphids, spider mites and whitefly with a layer of oil, so they cannot breathe and are wiped out of the grow.

• Why choose Bio Stop over a chemical insecticide?

  Chemical insecticides leave residues that can affect the final quality of the plant and harm the environment. Bio Stop, on the other hand, is 100% natural, does not harm the crop and protects against the pests that commonly attack plants.

• How is Bio Stop insecticide applied?

  It is applied diluted in enough water to leave the plants thoroughly wetted, both on the upper and the lower side of the leaves. There is no need to worry about overdoing it, since it contains no toxic element.

• What dose should I use for the size of my plants?

  For plants of 50 cm you use 1.8 ml per litre of water; for plants between 50 and 125 cm, 2.7 ml per 1.5 litres of water; and for those over 125 cm, 3.6 ml per 2.35 litres of water. That way you match the treatment to the actual size of each plant.

• How often and at what time of year can I use it?

  You can use it as often as needed, at whatever frequency best fits your routine. If you grow outdoors, it is advisable to apply it between March and October.
