Cyclone Digital Controller for EC Extractor – Automatic Temperature and Humidity Control
A fixed-speed extractor is always poorly adjusted: during the day it falls short, and at night it extracts too much, pulling out heat and humidity the plant needs. This controller connects directly to the Cyclone EC extractor and regulates its speed based on what its temperature and humidity probe reads, increasing when the grow tent heats up and lowering when it is already at the right point.

Why variable speed matters
A simple on/off controller turns the extractor off when it reaches the setpoint, and with it air renewal and odor filtering stop too. By regulating speed, the extractor never stops completely: it maintains negative pressure in the grow tent and odor under control while adjusting airflow to the actual thermal load.
Installation
- Probe: place it at canopy height, away from the light and from the direct airflow of the intake fan.
- Setpoints: start at 25-26 °C and 55-60% relative humidity and adjust according to the stage.
- Minimum: always leave a minimum speed that maintains negative pressure in the grow tent.
Compatible with the EC Cyclone extractor with built-in carbon filter.
