• Which installations is the Guardian OverWatch designed for?

  It is the highest-capacity unit in the Innovative Solutions range, sized for warehouses and complete professional rooms. Its place is in installations where the area to cover far exceeds what a Defender or a Proguard can treat, and where hygiene control is demanding.

• Which technology does it use?

  It works on the same photocatalytic oxidation basis as the rest of the range: it generates short-lived oxidants that act on the air and on the surfaces. Afterwards they break down leaving no residue at all.

• Can it replace several purifiers spread around the room?

  That is exactly its logic: one single unit instead of several purifiers spread around the room. It simplifies installation and maintenance when we are talking about large areas.

• Is it worth it if I only have one room?

  Being honest, probably not. It is a high-investment unit with very specific sizing. If your setup is a single room or a moderate area, the sensible thing is to start with a Defender or a Proguard DXB 100: they meet the same goal with a far lower investment.

• Does it affect the aroma or the flavour of the harvest?

  No. PCO technology acts on air and surfaces without leaving residue on the harvest, because the oxidants break down on their own. That is one of the reasons it is used in settings with strict hygiene control.

• Should it be switched on in cycles or run all the time?

  It is designed to run permanently, not in occasional cycles. In a professional installation that is what keeps the microbiological load under control in a stable way.
