• Can I use it as the only substrate in the pot?

  Yes, you can use it to fill the pot completely. That said, in that case it's essential to use the right fertilizers throughout the whole growing process, because coco doesn't provide nutrients on its own.

• Can it be mixed with soil?

  Of course, and it's a great way to make the most of it. You can mix it in at up to 50% with whatever soil you normally use, to make the root zone much more aerated.

• What products should I pair it with?

  Ideally, combine it with products that activate the beneficial microorganisms in the medium. We recommend adding bacteria and fungi complexes like Micro Vita to get the most out of the substrate.

• What are its EC and pH values?

  It has an EC of 0.48 and a pH ranging between 6.0 and 7.0, with a mix of macro and micronutrients of 0.2 g/L. Its organic matter over dry matter is 81.8%, a figure that reflects the quality of the fibre used.
