The cleaning solution is perfect for clean the remains of salt or lime of the PH and EC meters. The meters can also get quite dirty if we use dark colored fertilizers for cultivation. If you only clean with water, traces of lime will remain on the electrode probe when it dries.
How to clean your meters with the cleaning solution?
To clean the electrodes, simply insert the meter probe in a small container with a little of the cleaning solution and leave there for about 15 minutes. It is best to clean the meters with this cleaning solution at least once a week or after each use. Once clean, you can put the meters in a maintenance solution so that they are better preserved until their next use. After the maintenance solution, the meters are stored so that they dry well. It must be taken into account that the electrodes of pH and EC meters are very delicate and can be easily damaged by wear or misuse. If you use this cleaning solution, you will extend the useful life of the meter.
