• How does the level program work?

  You have access to 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black Elite. The higher your level, the greater the discounts, the better delivery conditions and the more exclusive services you will have available.

• How do I join the program?

  It's very simple. Click "Start for free", register with your details and start shopping. You will automatically enter the Bronze level and you will be able to level up according to your purchase volume.

• How do I get a bigger discount?

  The global extra discount ranges from 3% (Bronze) to 12% (Black Elite) and is based on purchase objectives. The higher the volume, the higher the level and the greater the accumulated discount.

• From what level do I have a guaranteed maximum price?

  From Gold level onwards you have a guaranteed maximum price on all your orders.

• How do survey coupons work?

  For every €250 ordered you receive a -€10 coupon when you answer our surveys. At Black Elite level the coupon increases to -€12.

• When do I have delivery in 24/48 hours?

  Starting at Gold level. Bronze and Silver levels have delivery in 48/72 hours.

• When are returns free without weight limit?

  Only at the Black Elite level. The rest of the levels have free returns for orders of less than 10 kg.

• From what level do I have free samples?

  From Platinum level onwards.

• What does discreet shipping include?

  From Gold onwards, discreet shipping is free. In Bronze and Silver it is not available.
