4. User and Account Registration

To make purchases at GrowIndustry, registration is optional. However, registration allows you to manage orders and receive additional benefits.

5. Purchase Conditions

5.1. Purchase Process

1️⃣ The user selects the products and adds them to the cart.
2️⃣ You must review the order and complete the payment and shipping information.
3️⃣ By confirming the purchase, the user accepts these Terms.
4️⃣ An order confirmation will be sent by email.

📌 GrowIndustry reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock problems.

5.2. Prices and Payment Methods

✔ The prices of the products are expressed in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable.
✔ GrowIndustry may modify prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
✔ Accepted payment methods:

📌 Payment must be completed before order is shipped.

5.3. Product Availability

✔ All products are subject to availability.
✔ In case of lack of stock, GrowIndustry will notify the user and offer alternatives or a refund.

6. Shipping and Deliveries

📦 Delivery times:

  • Peninsular Spain: 24-72 business hours.
  • Other destinations: Check delivery times before purchasing.

📌 The user must provide a correct delivery address. If there is an error in the address, the user will bear the additional costs of resending.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

📌 Return period: 15 calendar days from delivery of the order.

7.1. Cases in which returns are accepted

✔ Defective or incorrect product: GrowIndustry will assume the costs of return and resending.
✔ Change of mind or purchase error: The user must assume the return shipping costs.

📌 Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for personalized, perishable products or products with open packaging that cannot be sold again.

8. Guarantees

✔ All products have a 3 year warranty offered by the manufacturer, in accordance with the law.
✔ GrowIndustry guarantees that the products will work correctly during the first 15 days. After this period, any incident will be managed directly with the supplier or manufacturer.

9. Data Protection

✔ We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Law.
✔ The information collected is used to manage orders, improve services and send commercial communications if the user has authorized it.
✔ The user can exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of their data by sending an email to info@growindustry.es.

10. Intellectual Property

✔ All content of Site (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) is the property of GrowIndustry or authorized third parties.
✔ Reproduction, distribution or use of the content without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

📌 GrowIndustry will not be responsible for:

  • Errors in site information due to technical or human failures.
  • Improper use of products by the user.
  • Problems with the courier service (delays, losses, etc.), although we will intercede to resolve incidents.

13. Legislation and Jurisdiction

✔ These Terms They are governed by Spanish legislation.
✔ Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tarragona (Spain).
