Method Seven Camera Filter – Calibrated Filters for Photographing under HPS and LED Blurple Light

Under a grow light, any camera produces a useless photo: HPS makes everything orange and LED “blurple” turns it magenta. Method Seven filters correct that optical color cast and restore true color, so you can document the grow and, above all, diagnose deficiencies and pests by leaf color.

🔴 The important thing: each filter is calibrated for ONE light

An HPS filter under a full-spectrum LED does nothing. Choose according to the light you have:

• HPS · Cokin P: for sodium and metal halide. Precision German glass, Rendition Perfect Color HPS technology, anodized aluminum ring. Requires a Cokin P filter holder (not included).
• LED blurple · Cokin P: for blue + violet/magenta LED. Carl Zeiss optics. Not suitable for full-spectrum LED.
• HPS Catalyst XL · mobile and tablet: for sodium, in XL format for mobile or tablet cameras. 52 mm lens, also attachable to cameras with a 52 mm thread. Non-polarized.

4. Si vas a fotografiar con el móvil, elige el Catalyst XL de 52 mm.
5. Monta el filtro y desactiva el balance de blancos automatico de la cámara.
6. Dispara y compara: la hoja debe verse verde, no naranja ni magenta.
