• What is Overdrive and when is it used?

  Overdrive by Advanced Nutrients is the final flowering booster of the cycle, designed to be applied in the last weeks of growing (weeks 8-9). It speeds up ripening by 7 to 10 days, allowing you to harvest earlier and with more potency.

• How does Overdrive act on the plant?

  It contains concentrated potassium phosphite that triggers the plant's natural harvest-stress mechanism. The extra potassium stimulates the translocation of sugars to the flowers and the production of defensive resin, which is where terpenes concentrate.

• What dose should I apply and for how long?

  Apply 1 to 2 mL per liter ONLY during the last 2-3 weeks of flowering, typically weeks 8 and 9. It's a product exclusively for the final stretch of the grow.

• Can I use Overdrive before week 8?

  No, Overdrive should never be used before week 8 of flowering. Applying it too early would prematurely stop flower growth.

• What NPK does it have, and why?

  Overdrive provides an NPK of 1-5-7, extremely high in potassium. This potassium level signals to the plant that the end of the cycle is approaching, stimulating ripening and the concentration of secondary metabolites.

• What benefits do growers report?

  Growers report harvests 7-10 days earlier without losing potency, more resinous buds and greater flower density. Also, by shortening cycles by around 10 days, growing becomes more profitable over the course of the year.
