Frequently asked questions

• What is Voodoo Juice and what is it for?

Voodoo Juice from Advanced Nutrients is a liquid bacterial inoculant with 4 beneficial strains selected to colonize the root zone. These bacteria form biofilms around the roots, improving nutrient absorption by up to 40% and stabilizing the root ecosystem.

• What bacterial strains does Voodoo Juice contain?

It contains 50 billion CFU (colony-forming units) per liter from 4 strains: Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus licheniformis, and Paenibacillus polymyxa. All of them are specifically selected to colonize the rhizosphere.

• How is Voodoo Juice applied?

Add 2 mL per liter directly to the watering water at every watering throughout the whole cycle. The bacteria will colonize the roots automatically; for maximum effectiveness, apply it from day 1 of the grow.

• How do these bacteria improve nutrient absorption?

The bacteria form dense biofilms that act as an extension of the root system. They secrete enzymes that dissolve nutrients from the substrate and auxins that stimulate root growth.

• What results can I expect in my plants?

Growers report 30-40% greater efficiency of the nutrients applied, higher nutrient absorption, more abundant lateral roots, and greater overall vigor. Superior roots give superior plants and, as a result, a superior harvest.

• What growing systems can I use Voodoo Juice in?

Voodoo Juice is designed to achieve maximum nutritional efficiency in any growing system. Just add it to the watering water and let the bacteria do their job in the root zone.
