• How do you water this substrate?

  Apply it directly to the pot and, with each watering, make sure water drains from the base to flush out salts. Check pH and EC regularly to keep the medium stable. With that routine, the substrate stays clean throughout the whole grow.

• Does it reduce salt buildup?
