What is Biogreen Hydro A+B?

Biogreen Hydro A+B is Biogreen's premium two part base fertiliser, supplied in two complementary bottles (part A and part B). It provides a full spectrum of macro and trace elements made from 100% pure raw materials, and feeds the plant from the start of the vegetative phase to the end of flowering.

What is the right way to mix parts A and B?

Add part A to the water tank first and mix well; then add part B and mix again. Never mix concentrated A and B directly with each other, and prepare the solution just before watering rather than storing it ready mixed.

What is the composition of each part?

Hydro A has an NPK of 4.3-0-0 with nitrate and ammoniacal nitrogen, calcium, magnesium and iron. Hydro B provides an NPK of 0.6-5.2-5.7 with potassium, phosphorus and micronutrients such as iron, manganese, boron, copper, zinc and molybdenum, completing a balanced nutritional spectrum.

Is it only for hydroponics?

No. Although it is designed as the ideal base for hydroponic systems, it also works in coco and in all kinds of growing media. It is also compatible with automated and drip irrigation systems.

Can a beginner grower use it?

Yes, it is designed for both new and experienced growers looking for a concentrated, reliable base nutrient. All you have to do is adjust the EC and pH of the solution to the stage of the grow and follow the two step mixing procedure.

Do I need to add anything else during flowering?

The manufacturer recommends combining it during flowering with a product specific to that phase to boost results. With Hydro A+B as your base you will get vigorous vegetative growth and an abundant, compact late flowering.

Nutrient Base A+B for Hydroponics

Biogreen Hydro A+B is the two-component base nutrient of the Biogreen range, specifically formulated for hydroponic systems of all types. Its two-part system—component A and component B—allows maximum concentrations of each nutrient to be achieved without the risk of precipitation, guaranteeing a stable, clean and perfectly balanced nutrient solution in each tank.

Its formula has been specially optimized for recirculation, ebb and flow, NFT and DWC systems, offering fast and efficient absorption in hydroponic conditions. Made in Holland with 100% pure raw materials, it provides plants with all the essential macro and micronutrients in the perfect proportion for each phase of the cycle.

Two-Part System: Why It's Better

Separation into A and B components prevents calcium and sulfate from precipitating by concentrating together, ensuring that the final solution contains all nutrients in their most bioavailable and sediment-free form.

To prepare the solution, always add component A first to the tank with water, shake well and then add component B. Never mix concentrates A and B directly with each other. Adjust the pH to 5.5-6.0 after adding both components.
