Blue Bird Tubería de Goteo Negra Ø16 mm Rollo 25 m – Tubo de Polipropileno para Sistema de Riego

Frequently asked questions

• What does it mean that the Blue Bird Ø16 mm pipe is blank?

It means it has no factory-fitted drippers. That lets you place the emitters exactly where each plant is, punching them in with a hole punch, and also use the pipe as a distribution line between zones.

• What kind of setups is this 25 m roll suitable for?

The 25 metres are a convenient length for setting up irrigation in a vegetable garden, a terrace or a greenhouse. As it is the standard Ø16 mm diameter, it works as the backbone of any micro-irrigation system.

• Which fittings can I connect to this pipe?

It is universally compatible with Ø16 mm fittings: couplers, elbows, T-pieces, valves and end plugs. That lets you design the layout you need and extend or modify it later on.

• Why does it matter that the pipe is black and UV-resistant?

The black colour and the UV-resistant treatment prevent the material from degrading in the sun and stop algae forming inside. That way the pipe can be left installed outdoors permanently.

• How do I fit the drippers into the pipe?

You pierce the pipe with a hole punch at the spot where each plant is and push the emitter in there. This way you decide the position and the number of drippers yourself, instead of depending on a fixed factory spacing.

• Can I return the roll if I order the wrong size?

Yes, you have easy returns within 15 days. If you are unsure which size fits your setup, customer service can help you Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
