• Which replacement models are available?

  There are three options: the 11 W Hobby Unit for the portable home unit and the 36 W Clean Light Pro for the higher-power professional unit. There is also the replacement for the Air Purifier, the room air purifier. Choose the one that matches your unit.

• How do I know when it is due for replacement?

  Follow the service hours the manufacturer states for your unit and keep a written note of them. If you notice the treatments are no longer keeping powdery mildew in check at the same frequency of use, the lamp is usually the cause. That is the clearest sign it has lost output.

• Can I touch the glass when fitting it?

  Better not: the grease from your fingers leaves marks that reduce the lamp's output. Always handle it with a clean cloth. It is a simple habit that secures full performance from day one.

• What do I do with the old lamp?

  You must dispose of it at a recycling point, never in household waste. That is the correct way to discard this type of lamp. Take the chance to note down the date of the change and start tracking the hours on the new one.

• Does this lamp fit any Cleanlight unit?

  Each replacement corresponds to a specific unit in the range. The 11 W is for the portable home unit, the 36 W for the professional unit and the Air Purifier one for the room purifier. Check which model you have before ordering the replacement.
