• How does Clivex's Ozoduct differ from a carbon filter?

  A carbon filter traps odour molecules; the Ozoduct goes further and breaks them down thanks to ozone's high oxidising power. The result is that the odour doesn't build up anywhere, it simply ceases to exist. It's a very different, much more direct solution against unwanted indoor odours.

• How is the Ozoduct installed?

  Installation is very simple: choose the size that matches your ducting, cut a section out of the extraction pipe and fit the Ozoduct in between. Make sure the section of pipe right after the generator is at least two metres long, as that's what guarantees optimal effectiveness.

• Which diameter is right for me?

  There are four sizes. The 150 mm produces 5,000 mg/h and purifies 5,000 m³ at 68 W; the 200 mm goes up to 10,000 mg/h and 10,000 m³ at 90 W; the 250 mm holds at 10,000 mg/h and 10,000 m³ at 100 W; and the 315 mm reaches 15,000 mg/h and 15,000 m³ at 90 W. The logical choice is the diameter that matches your extraction ducting.

• Does it use a lot of electricity?

  Despite its ozone-generating capacity, consumption is minimal thanks to its smart design, which translates into a clear saving on your bill. Models range from 68 to 100 W depending on the diameter, all running at 220 V.

• Is it a durable unit?

  Ozoduct units are made with high-quality materials and components manufactured in the European Union, which shows in their durability and performance. Clivex has also designed the unit with easily interchangeable parts to extend its lifespan. It's not a throwaway device.

• Do I need any accessory for voltage variations?

  No, the unit itself has a built-in transformer that takes care of compensating for voltage differences. It runs at 220 V and has a 3.15 A fuse fitted. You don't need to add anything else to the installation.
