Bloom Coco A+B Soft Water Dutch Pro: Specialized Bloom Nutrients for Maximum Floral Production
Bloom Coco A+B Soft Water is the Dutch Pro's professional flowering formulation optimized specifically for growing in coconut with soft water or RO system. This two component formula represents the result of 40 years of flowering nutrition research, designed to direct all plant energy towards the production of maximum, dense and aromatic flowers. Unlike Grow Coco (vegetation), Bloom Coco is completely reformulated for flowering priorities.
Formulation Changes: Vegetation vs Flowering
The transition from Grow to Bloom is critical because plant metabolic priorities change radically in flower:
| Appearance | Grow Coco (Vegetation) | Bloom Coco (Flowering) |
|---|---|---|
| NPK Ratio | 5-1-6 | 5-2-6 |
| Nitrogen (N) | Higher proportion | Proportional but relatively reduced |
| Phosphorus (P) | Low | Increased |
| Potassium (K) | Moderate | Elevated |
Optimization for Soft Water and RO
Bloom Coco A+B is specifically formulated for soft water because:
- Increased calcium: RO water completely lacks Ca, Bloom Coco compensates with additional Ca
- Increased Magnesium: Under flowering stress, Mg precipitates in roots - increased formula ensures sufficiency
- Chelated micronutrients: In low coconut pH (5.5-6.0), special chelation ensures availability of Fe, Zn, Mn
- Without dependence on water buffer: Soft water does not contain minerals that stabilize pH, Bloom Coco maintains optimal pH
Flowering Dosage Protocol
Standard Dose
- Dosage: 2.5-3.0 mL/L of both Component A and Component B (equal proportions)
- EC target: 1.8-2.0 (slightly higher than Grow per required floral density)
- Target pH: 5.5-6.0 (maintain low coconut pH for maximum P and micronutrient availability)
Flower Growth in Coconut vs Soil
The flowering coconut has unique advantages over land:
- Speed: Flowers in coconut reach maximum size 1-2 weeks before soil
- Density: Coconut porosity + total nutritional control = flowers denser than soil
- Consistency: Inert substrate = full control over nutrients, more predictable results
- Performance: Coconut typically exceeds soil 15-25% by final weight
Bloom Coco Flowering Timeline
Application of Bloom Coco must follow a structured timeline that accompanies the natural development of the flower, from early flowering to final maturation, ensuring maximum nutritional availability at each critical moment of development.

Cómo usar
This base fertilizer is applied in two different crop phases: A+B Grow for growth and A+B Bloom for flowering. In both stages, the same dose of A and B is used, mixed into the irrigation water. The key is to adjust the EC and pH according to the phase and to control the environment stably. You just need to shake the containers well, measure, and apply.
- Growth (A+B Grow):
Week 1–2: 2.5–3.5 ml/L of each part (A and B).
Recommended EC: 1.5 – 2.0 mS/cm.
NPK: 1–2–5.
- Flowering (A+B Bloom):
Week 1–7+: 2.5–3.5 ml/L of each part.
Recommended EC: 1.8 – 2.4 mS/cm.
NPK: 4–1–5.
- Shake well before use and add part A first, then part B.
- Ideal water pH: between 5.8 and 6.5, depending on the plant stage.
- Compatible with coco and hydroponics: NFT, DWC, closed or open systems.
- Storage: in a cool, dry, and closed place; keep in its original container.

Preguntas frecuentes
-
