Grow Coco A+B Soft Water is Dutch Pro's professional formula designed for crops in coconut substrate with soft water or reverse osmosis (RO) system. This two-component formulation provides the balanced nutrients necessary for maximum vegetative development in the most versatile growing medium on the modern market. with 40 years of researchDutch Pro has perfected this formula to compensate for the unique characteristics of coconut.
The Coconut Challenge: Why Special Formulation is Required
The coconut is an inert substrate - unlike soil, it does not contain native nutrients. Furthermore, coconut has Exceptional 50-60% air-filled porosity, which allows rapid drainage but requires more frequent dosing. Finally, soft water lacks calcium and magnesium which alkaline soil or hard water naturally provide. Grow Coco A+B Soft Water solves all these challenges through:

Composition and Advantages of the A+B System for Coco
The Certified RHP coconut contains natural potassium which can be released during the first weeks. Grow Coco A+B adjusts its potassium level to avoid cumulative excess while maintaining sufficiency. The A+B separation allows:
- Component A: Nitrogen and potassium in stable form, mix first
- Component B: Increased phosphorus, calcium, magnesium + micronutrients, added later
- Result: Maximum availability of all elements without chemical precipitation
Dosing Protocol for Coconut
The coconut requires more frequent dosing but similar proportions to ground:
Standard Recommendation
- Dosage: 2.5-3.5 mL/L (same as soil)
- Irrigation frequency: Every 1-2 days (vs. 2-4 days on land) due to rapid drainage
- EC target: 1.5-2.0 (same as soil but achieved with more water)
- Target pH: 5.5-6.0 (slightly lower than soil for maximum availability in coco)
Application Method
