What is the ideal humidity level?

To carry out dry peeling with guarantees, it is recommended to maintain the humidity of the flower between a 10% and 14%, being the value optimal 12%. At this point, the flowers have the appropriate texture and flexibility to avoid resin loss and achieve a clean and efficient cut.

Thanks to this meter, you can identify that exact moment with complete precision.

Using the Pancontrol meter is very easy and requires no prior setup. Simply remove the cap, select the appropriate mode (we recommend "wood" for flowers), and gently insert the probes into the dry bud. The device will display the reading instantly on its screen. If the value is between 10% and 14%, you can proceed with trimming with complete confidence.

- Remove the protective cap: the meter will turn on automatically.

- Select "wood" mode by pressing the MODE button.

- Insert both probes into a dry flower (avoid stems or branches).

- Check the backlit LCD screen: you will get the humidity reading in seconds.

- Repeat the measurement on several flowers to get a representative average.

- Ideal values for trimming: between 10% and 14%, with 12% being optimal.

- Automatic shut-off after 2 minutes to conserve battery.
