Features and components of Plagron's Calcium Kick
Calcium Kick is a pH regulator and deficiency corrector which increases the pH value of the nutrient solution to the ideal level, that is, from 5.5 to 6.5 acidity. In addition, it helps to improve the structure of the soil and ensure that nutrients are optimally absorbed by the plant. This stimulates metabolism and prompts plants to grow faster. Unlike other products, Calcium Kick it's solid and it does not dissolve easily in water, so it is not recommended to use it in irrigation systems automatic. Among its components are calcified algae, 40% calcium oxide and 1% magnesium oxide.

How to use Plagron Calcium Kick substrate?
It is a product that is applied to the soil, just before planting or transplanting.
The dosage varies as follows:
- In outdoor crops. Between 5 and 12 kg are used per 100 m2.
- In indoor crops in potting soil. Between 2.5 and 5 kg are used per 1,000 liters. That is, between 2.5 and 5 grams are added for each liter of substrate.
- In both cases, it must be mixed very well and keep in mind that these quantities cause the pH to rise between 1 and 2 points.
