The TTT2600 Commercial Peeler is a versatile machine that includes a dust cover and pollen mesh, making it a complete peeling, separating and pollen extraction solution for all types of dried plant material. This model stands out for its impressive performance, as it can process between 1.4 and 3.6 kilos for each 7-minute cycle, which is equivalent to 8 to 16 kilos per hour.
All in One Function
The TTT2600 is a dry material peeler that removes small leaves from the buds, preserving the integrity of the product. In addition to peeling, this machine has the ability to separate and screen pollen, making it ideal for large commercial growers working with a variety of plant materials.
Quality Specifications
The machine is built with a powder-coated steel frame, ensuring durability. It has a commercial motor with manual speed control and shut-off. The drums and shaft are made of food grade aluminum. Includes high-resistance polyester meshes with UVA treatment, one with 1.27 cm holes and another with 0.95 cm holes.
Transparent Cover and "Funnel" Bag
The TTT2600 comes equipped with a retractable dust cover and a clear vinyl "funnel" bag that makes it easy to view the peeling and pollen extraction process. It also includes a 151 micron pollen mesh.
Simple Maintenance
This machine is quick and easy to assemble, with meshes that can be changed without complications. Maintenance is minimal as the tights are machine washable and the zippers only need to be lubricated when necessary.
