Nutriculture IWS Pro Remote 48 – Commercial Flood & Drain System with 48 Pots and 400 L Reservoir

The IWS Pro Remote 48 is Nutriculture’s commercial-grade Flood & Drain system. It works with 48 pots fed from a 400-liter flexible reservoir and is designed for grow rooms where manual watering is no longer viable.

The heart of the system is the remote control head with Grasslin timer, which is installed outside the room and governs two pumps: a Maxi-Jet MJ1000 and an NJ3000. In each cycle the solution rises from the reservoir, floods the trays up to the programmed height, and returns by gravity, carrying away spent air and bringing fresh oxygen into the root zone.

The entire circuit uses 25 mm tubing and fittings, with enough flow to fill and drain quickly without the plants at the ends receiving less water. Because it is modular, it can be expanded by adding modules and increasing the reservoir.

Professional equipment: it is advisable to plan space for the flexible reservoir, an accessible drain, and a protected electrical outlet before installation.

1. Monta las bandejas niveladas y coloca el depósito flexible al mismo nivel del suelo.
2. Conecta el circuito de 25 mm entre depósito, bombas y bandejas, y comprueba que no hay fugas.
3. Instala el cabezal con el temporizador Grasslin fuera de la sala, en zona seca.
4. Llena el depósito, ajusta pH y EC y haz un ciclo en vacío para calibrar la altura de inundación.
5. Programa los riegos según fase: menos ciclos en crecimiento, más en floración.
6. Renueva la solución cada 7 a 10 días y limpia filtros y bombas en cada cambio.
